On October 30th, AAPI Montclair will host its second annual large-scale Diwali celebration, Light Up Montclair 2022, at the Montclair Art Museum. This festive, family-oriented public event will not only celebrate one of the most important South-Asian holidays, but also benefit AAPI Montclair’s programming and advocacy.
We need your partnership to make this event even brighter. We know our community partners share our passion for making our home a place without hate, where we celebrate all cultures, so all of our children can grow up feeling cherished by their community.
In appreciation of your generous gift, we would be delighted to highlight your participation to our community members, business leaders, and guests through signage, public relations, and acknowledgement of your support during our stage presentation.
Our Diwali celebration at the Montclair Art Museum last year sold out a week before the event, with total attendance of over 1,400 people. We expect an even more robust turnout for this year, including heavy participation from our vibrant community of Asian Americans, the fastest-growing demographic in New Jersey, as well as a diverse swath of our friends and neighbors from the wider community.
Your decision to partner with us is an investment not only within our AAPI community, but the Montclair community as a whole. We have included a description of AAPI Montclair’s background and achievements as well as the event sponsorship tiers.
Below is a recognition plan for your investment. We understand that every individual and corporation is unique, and welcome the opportunity to customize a plan that fits your priorities. For more information or to discuss a commitment, please contact sumeet.kapoor@aapimontclair.org.
